Proposed Rengar nerfs Reng/Darius player.(IF needed)

Can easily see CritGAR( Thats the only way i play the old rengar unless i int early) beeing overwhelming because of how broken crit items are so proposed nerfs without needing to gut him before you gut his adc counterparts who do what he does from 600+ OMEGALUL

Nerf attack speed gain on Q's so you slower his clear and make it less healthy. And pull down a little bit on his W cooldown so he cant spamm it as much as he does making him safer than he needs to be.

His new ulti is mediocre and should remain as such and his E is perfectly fine lol.
