Zilean's ultimate needs more clarity

Like Shen, I think Zilean's ultimate needs to be more clear for the player thats been ulted by Zilean. The screen getting a little brighter momentarily doesn't feel enough to signal players that they won't be permanently dead if killed, especially when there is a lot going on the screen and it can end up going unnoticed. Making it clearer would significantly decrease the chances of a game changer ultimate being a dud.
