@Riot, you removed Normal Draft, ok, fine. Let's keep it this way. For a week. BUT the next week, bring it back and remove Blind Pick. And let's see what it will do.

I personally can hold myself to not play for a week and I'm sure others will take place on my side, let's see how it moves the queue times (plus if anyone's interested in my feedback, the ND and BP queue times are THE SAME for me).
