Leaver Penalty

I suffer rather frequent lag spikes while playing this game. One moment I have 72 ping and all's right with the world. The next it spikes to 1400 and stays there, sometimes sitting there climbing to 1800 to 2000+ before I disconnect. It happens from time to time, so not too terrible I suppose, but I keep getting leaver penalties where for 5 games I have to wait 20 minutes just to be placed in que.

I play FFXIV, stream movies, etc. and never have lag issues, and these are more network intensive I'd imagine than League - I only ever see lag spikes and connection troubles with this game.

There's a difference between going AFK where leaver buster kicks in, and getting a genuine disconnect. Punishing me for something that is literally out of my control, over and over again, just motivates me to hit the UNINSTALL button then try and figure this out. This game is know for poor quality connections; you can see that in the multiple forums and websites they have put together to help people fix their lag issues.

I'm probably not going to be coming back to league for quite some time after this because I'm just tired of how poor of quality the game is.
