The big issue with new Riot's approach of the game

I know we all want changes and it's what makes the game more attractive but this year tere is a big issue :

There are too many changes and the players can't adapt properly to the gameplay. I mean if riot keeps rewoking everything every 2 patches you will not play during 1 month and you will be like : Uh... Is this the same game ?!!

They are doing so many changes that the game doesn't seem recognisable. I mean they reworked runes, after that they are reworking AP itemisation, They want to make big changes to the botlane too. I mean Couldn't they just optimise everything before doing those changes ?

Make the game more stable and more enjoyable.
