Why can't I get Level 6 champs?

Hi there people (sound so lame) anyway I played a match today as ZED and got an s- so I was really exited to get level 6 zed but I look at my loot and I did not get a level 6 champion shard and this is the 2nd time this happened I only have one shard working on the other but i got an s- and got nothing out of it i wonder if its a glitch or something idk but just wanted to let u know :D*[slayer-jinx-catface]*

I think you can contact support and they might be able to help you out. Don't quote me on that though... In any case, sorry man. That sucks. Getting S's aren't easy... For me at least. :)

Was your S rank on normal/ranked summoners rift?

You can't get mastery tokens in RGM's or ARAM.

Looking through your history it appears you played Zed in an ARAM, and if that's the case then there's the issue. You can only gain tokens for 6 & 7 through matches on Summoners Rift.
