Karthus

So with Kindred, Taric, Zilean, Hexdrinker, dashes and blinks, and the increase of healing and survivability. Can Karthus get some love?

Like just a decreases Cooldown on his ultimate? by another 5-10 per rank? So it is 200, 175/170, 150/145.

Kindred has an ulti at 100 seconds at rank 3. Soraka is at 130 at rank 3, but to be fair her healing isn't as strong as Karthus' damage.

Taric's Ulti is on a 100 at rank 3.

Which so much meaningful counter-play to Karthus from Laning to Teamfights. I personally believe that Karthus does need some loving.

Mobility and safe poke in the mid lane; makes it hard for Karthus to have counter-play in the early game.

Mid Game when he is stacking the most effective items on him, his DPS is not the highest.

Teamfights if the enemy team picks up Zhonya's, Kindred/Taric/Soraka, Locket. Then you are left with hardly anything.

The only thing that karthus really has going for him is 100% damage on all champions no matter where they are on the map. Which is Overpowered. But overall with so much meaningful counter-play from the beginning of the game to the end of the game. I think he does need something for him.
