New Aatrox Buffs

Hey they are fixing his Q! It nice that they ignored that suggestion by pretty much...everyone, and decided to give us that new wonky blood well when they did his mini-rework, which no one liked, sucked, and required Riot to buff him 3 times after that to make him not a total disaster--CD reduction on Q, increased base health, increased W healing and damage scaling.

I mean, if they just left Aatrox as he was, and only made the 2nd half of his dive immune to CC, as they are now planning to do, with the shorter CD that he has now, he pretty much would have been fine.

BUTTTTTTT frickin RICKLES got a hold of Aatrox and had to do his signature mess things up move on him.
