Riot - you're going to nerf healing but are you not looking into Soraka

A champion that's been harmed by the significant damage creep in the game. This post already explains it:

She sucks at teamfights with the amount of burst coming from other champions - which all champions can now do. With her kit primarily around healing, I'm worried about her with Ivern.
