Can we please fix the way Lee Sin's R interacts with Fiora parry?

I could list a few other things with the same problem but.... What basically happens is even if i parry Lee Sin ult where it goes yellow because it is hard cc, THE COOLDOWN RESETS, i kid you not this happened to me in ranked but this is where it gets weird It only happens if he ults while you parry, if you parry while he is within his ult's cast time it doesn't happen
