How to play Jungle Mind Games?

So please tell me.

How do I read the enemy Jungler at all times like a Dexter/Hannibal/Kira and then outplay them? Any tips?

I play JG casually once in a while, usually I just mess around and kind of path around and Gank a bit and it works FINE-ish. How do you go to the Next Level though?

Any high elo JG tricks of the trade?

Cause when there is a JG mismatch in the mind games its very clear. I've played against JGs who would show up exactly where I show up and counter-gank with near 100% accuracy while taking half/all of my camps. How do they do this?
