Wtf Sion???

Why is sion allowed to be 1-9 and able to solo destroy every turret in the game without minions while tanking the turret itself and a fed champ? Why is he allowed to build full tank and solo kill every top laner who doesnt build botrk and last whisper? I thought irelia was broken but at least she requires some skill to get fed and snowball, sion can feed his ass, go 1-10 and still be relevant af the entire game.

Zero risk and skill with high reward champion. I need to have a functioning jungle and team to stop this beast from just rushing every turret in the game without repercussions. His team can then trade every other objective they want while you bring 3 people just to kill him.
