Queue's too long for non 30, should disable...

I believe that draft pick should be removed from non level 30 accounts based on queue times (as you can see in the picture a 2400% increase over the ETA for the queue pop) that or update the ETA so people can not sit in queue for an entire game length.

I mean you got rid of Dominion for this reason, disable it where the player count is low. Treat SR the same way you treated the scar, or rework your non 30 match making... I know its not the most financially viable thing to do, but honestly you killed Dominion/The Crystal Scar 100% (not the best because people loved that map for other things as well) saying that population was the reason. This queue is longer then any queue in dominion ever was for me, and I actually had high MMR on there. (On a different non 30 acct as well).
