Singed and Dark Seal

So I searched for Singed discussions and found either the people that LOVE his game play and those like me that think we have had enough of it. Yes he has a high enough skill cap that not everyone can just pick him up first try. All it takes though is watching a few streamers teaching you the method of proxying the first wave and then either backing or executing and then starting down the Dark Seal build and repeating this till you out farm, out run, and out damage everyone in the game.

I do not under stand why Dark Seals are allowed to stack. This makes Singed an already annoying as hell champ to deal with, just stupid strong. At low elo's when you get a Singed walking around doing what ever the hell they want it makes it for a toxic game (pun intended). There needs to be a nerf to dark seals or a rework because with how things are it is about as fun as beating your face with your keyboard.

You may disregard this as a low elo player crying about something they don't have the skill to deal with, but, Singed literally gets away with anything at this point. No other champ in the game can say the same thing.
