I cant log in

Hey, so I've been trying to log in for a while and it won't let me. The login screen is perfectly fine, but when I put in my password, it says its wrong and asks if I would like to reset my password. So I do what it says and it tells me that I will get an email but it may take a few minutes. I check and there's nothing there so I wait a little bit and check again. The next day, I check, but the email still isn't there. I tried two more times, but it still wouldn't work. Help me!
