Queue Times are way too long, Riot Pls

Yes, I know this is a lvl 24 account and not many lvl 24s are playing draft. But when I pick "fill" it should not take me half an hour to get into a game.

I want good matchmaking as much as anyone. I'm OK with 5-9 minute queues. But when the queue goes above maybe 10 minutes, can you please start widening the search range so I can actually get into a game?

I usually allocate an hour (including queue times) to play a game of League, so I'll have time to finish even if the game goes long.

edit: inb4 "but the screenshot is only 25 minutes!"

edit 2: Up to 40 minutes now. I'm calling it quits and going back to blind :(
