Simple reward for going 100 matches without a single dodge

Activates the "option" to Auto-Accept Queue pop.

This option would persist until the summoner's next Champ select dodge thus resetting the necessary 100 un-dodged Champ selects.

If A player can manage to avert dodging 100 completed matches they must have a good system system worked out.
