@Riot - Why are you stripping HP out of the Aegis?

Ok, I get removing the Aura. However, the removal of the HP in lieu of a little armor is incredibly bad for tank supports. Tank Supports need HP to live, and consuming several item slots is not something they can afford. I get that you've made the 2 new items have lots of HP - but this only means that they are now going to be picked 100% on tank supports with no options for other items, which is, to my understanding, something you were trying to avoid when you gutted Aegis. Banner of Command is now even less appealing than before, and the stats on the Locket are now so miserable that you're better off building Banshee's Veil or Spirit Visage if you need MR. Zz'Rot already fills the duo defenses role, and has a great passive and active to boot, so I don't see why anyone would pick any of the Aegis items now. Their passives are good, but passives have cooldowns and the lack of HP means that you're still going to die because a tank that isn't stacking HP isn't going to do well.
