Ezreal Buffs?
I was wondering if Ezreal 
was getting any buffs anytime soon?
I play a lot of ADCs and out of all them, Ezreal seems very lackluster and overall useless in most games, any thoughts?

He got an buff this patch, lower CD on Q, ==> reason: Wolrds there are also some thoughts on a new W, but just thoughts no plans
He doesn't need buffs, his itemization needs help.
