Can/Should Cassiopeia "Grounding" ground a Yasuo's ult?

I have no clue how this interaction goes, and before i risk it all in a live game, I'd like to see the take on this. Basically, if a team fight breaks out and Cassiopeia w's a Yasuo, and an enemy of yas' gets knocked up, would/should yas be able to blink to them considering it IS mobility.

If Yasuo is standing in Cass's W then he won't be able to activate his ult, even if an ally of his knocks up a nearby enemy champion. Cass W works the same way as a root, so any spell that can't be cast while rooted should also be blocked by Miasma.

Yasuo teleports to the his location, so it might be coded as a blink. It's hard to say without seeing it in action.
