Any program on releasing a new Mordekaiser skin PLEASE?

Anyone is getting a skin that has some special recall and nice particles, why can't we morde mains have one? Please. It has been released years and years ago through the first champion of the entire league of legends, still has no cool skin other than simple recolors and/or still-standing recalls. :' (
