Thought on Maw of Malmortius after 6.22?

From what I've seen, if you're an AD champion, you get Maw. It seems to me that Riot's intention of making it less viable "shockingly" made it more viable. Curious on what everyone else thinks about the new and improved Maw and if they think it's too overbearing, too weak, or anything in and far between.
