What do I do when my top laner picks teemo?

I don't really know what to say about this pick. Why would ANYONE pick teemo top lane? he contributes literally nothing to the team, except bounties. You could pick anything else and actually contribute to your teams victory, Garen, Darius, Swain, Renekton, fucking ANYTHING would be more useful to have on your team. When you pick teemo or ANY adc top lane, you completely fuck your team over, removing your ability to teamfight alltogether except in specific comps, when you have 2 marksmen, how do you protect your backline? that's normally the top laners job.

Teemo is a squishy, he has no hard cc's, he has low gank potential, he has no ULTIMATE, he doesn't contribute to teamfights, the best he can do is solo splitpush and then die unless his opponent is a brainless monkey who gets no MR.

So what do I do? is there some way I can help to satisfy a teemo's win condition so I don't have to fight 4v5? Do I have to ban him every game so my team doesn't pick him?

I'm lost here guys.

Teemo currently has 51% win rate. He works just fine. He has 63% win rate with Nocturne and 60% with TF for obvious reasons so you could try playing one of them if you have Teemo on your team. Also, this proves that Teemo has an ult.

play ap malphite aftershock to poop on him at 6. (with granite shield active) oh wait nvm hes on YOUR SIDE..... well gg but seriously play a lockdown champ if your jungle that profits on his AAs maokai is a example. mid lane is a control mages to force them to get teemo ulted. support is lockdown or play pyke or damage mages.

i feel the same about assassin junglers. Frankly this game is designed for 3 front liner teams but is balanced to screw over those same 3 front liner teams because adcs then cry that they cant kill anything while murdering people in still short periods of time and having free excapes when engaged on after they have already killed 1-2 people and they finally get caught.
