There is too great an equality in this game between melee vs ranged champions
Ranged champions are naturally advantaged. Easy farming. Little to no minion agro. Easy poke. If played right they never have to get hurt. Of course things happen and you can't always avoid a full on beat down, but they are 100% naturally advantaged. Therefore Melee champions should always, always, be better in terms of such things as damage. Why? Because any melee champion without massive mobility, well even with massive mobility, are easily kitted. It's absurd that Miss fortune can press R and wipe a team off the map. Jhin can outrun almost everyone. Mages like veigar and karma send of nuke sized damage. That used to make sense when Melee champion could outplay you. Right now going into team fights is stupid. Like you're just a massive risk for your team now if you don't play a super meta melee champion, which is mostly going to be super tanky champions who will just be engagers for team fights. Team fights for you are basically get cced and get destroyed. The CC lasts longer than your life bar. This shit needs to change....
