Champion selection

Since declaring a champion should be to let your team mates know that you are choosing that champion why not make that champion unban-able by your teammates cause often there would be people who tend to troll their teammates by banning their champions even if selected or say "I didn't see you pick that champion" even with the new improvements to the client they still tend to do that which often leads to people trolling in the game, maybe the guy who had his champion banned trolling the others, and leads into the 3 other teammates to not have fun playing the game, cause someone is inting or trolling, so why not make declared champions unban-able by your own team since there is no point to ban a champion that has already been choosing yet there still would be people trolling other players by banning their champions
