Command to change mouse position? Help

Help making a dpad change mouse-position on screen. As in 8 positions depending on where dpad is pressed.

Need this because working on a new gamepad concept. But want to make it possible to use in League of Legends.

So, if I click down on dpad then i could press player movekey and move to that position to move to that position more quickly.

League of Legends doesn't seem to use the windows mouse cursor. How do I get it to respond?
