Questions on Karthus future VGU

Hello i'm a Karthus main with about 400k mastery points on him and I was just reading some old post on the boards and came across a post from a riot member saying that Annie and Karthus need full vgu updates. Also in the post he said that Karthus was higher priority than Karthus. So my first question is what part of karthus kit will you change and what parts would you like to keep. Will his ult and q stay the same. What will happen to his passive and e. Will he still retain his theme of a floating zombie dead man obsessed with death. The most important question I have is...............................................Will Karthus be a red skeleton man again?
