New features I think riot should consider

First dodging a que not a game that already started just a que and only for bronze and silver league players. Most of the playerbase are in these leagues and greatly makes it a lot harder to move up. Due to the amount of people in these leagues, bronze players, silver league players are more likely to run into flamers, trollers, smurfs, boosties, and spammers (chat log/pinging) Due to this I believe giving us one free dodge in normal draft pick and 1 free dodge in rank is reasonable! Also placement I think across the board we should be allowed one dodge as well without us costing one loss, worst thing ever is when somebody says they're going to feed and it's your placement! Another feature I think we should be allowed to report someone in the que! If someone is saying I'm going to intentionally feed, report, or spamming the chat log while we're trying to discuss strategy, report for spamming. If somebody picks or intends on picking a troll pick like Talon as a marksman, report for trolling! Last but not least griefing if someone bans your pick intent it should be reportable that's just a dick head thing to do and yeah it can be abused I get that but again a lot of people would have to report you before it goes to the tribunal! So it's not like 1 report and your account is banned or anything!
