Match Making

Im a platinum player. Im playing the new flex queue because its the only ranked option right now, but Im having a problem...

I seem to be getting Gold 5s on my team, sometimes even a silver player.

And well for the enemy team... 4 plats and a diamond.

How is this fair for my team? Will this eventually stop??
