I played my provisionals i win 7 games of 10 and i get Iron 1 place? wtf? Not even bronze but iron??? And i win 7 games!

Your MMR is higher than that, but the new system always places people into Iron/Bronze. They are looking to change it for smurfs when the new season hits but for now you can message Riot Support and they'll move your account to the corresponding rank based on your MMR.
did u finish your placements pre 9.1 release? they said they were going to do something about them in 9.1.. which came out.. what? today?
The new system makes everyone new start in Iron to my knowledge, but youll be getting a lot of LP and possibly be able to completely skip a tier within Bronze because your MMR will be so high
