So I was thinking, Qiyana has her 3 elements but both in the howling abyss and the Twisted Treeline there is no river. For the skarner rework there were the pillars put in but is Qiyana just going to have to play without her Cc ability when playing these game modes? I personally adore 3v3 but she might just be tragically bad if she doesn;t have part of her core kit.
Well, for aram I would assume grass stays the same, and the ground has two different parts. One's a rocky, brick path part and the other is snow. Perhaps you get earth form if you target the brick path and water if you target the snow? Idk, I find it hard to believe that they will drastically change the map however for this champion.
As for TT, brush and rock probably work the same, I have no clue how they would implement water form, however. Perhaps they might take this new champion as an opportunity to update some older maps/gamemodes and to give them a fresh new map and modernize some of the gameplay?
There will probably be something. They have to go over requirements when planning a new champ. So they probably have to do all the programming for each map.
Some champions just don't work well on other maps. Kindrend and ivern for example don't/barely have passives on aram
maybe the'll add a river going through the healing altar...
Atleast itll be super easy for her to be invisable 24/7 in TT.
Sucks about ARAM thought I guess
Ive been playing her on ARAM on the pbe, 3 times now lucky me. I love her. Even with just 2 elements she is still ''ín her element'' hihi. Shes just really strong right now. I havent even tried to get water from somwhere because everyone right away said she can only use the 2.
Of course on ARAM they make certain global adjustments to champions, im pretty sure if they give her the 3rd element somehow, she would have to be nerfed substantially. She has to be nerfed anyways im guessing, because her dmg is really high.
Keep in mind that she was designed for Summoners rift, all champions are. She can only use water on the middle part of the map, and without ivern shes limited to 1 element in the base.
Ivern is kinda the same story on aram of course, he cant use his passive at all. And he doesnt need to, with some tweeks to his stats. Twisted treeline im verious curious about! Im pretty sure they will implement some water in the middle of the map mechanic, just like on SR.
