Can we get more on-crit effects?

Right now we have Ashe's critical slow, Jhin's critical MS boost, and Essence Reaver's mana restore. Can we get more of these?

I mean right now ADCs have other bigger issues, but when they're in a better place and want to adjust them to build crit over lethality, I think this would be a good way to do it.
