Ideas for ranked.

I believe that the level needed in order to queue for ranked should be changed to something higher, originally I was thinking 100 but then I talked it over with some of my higher ranked friends who are in diamond to challenger and they thought it would be more reasonable for it to be set to somewhere between 50-75. A lot of the time I will come across people in my rank who are new and don't understand the game so they practically feed the entire time or new players who are so highly discouraged by other players that they just don't care anymore. Changing the level needed for ranked would allow for those players to get a better understand of the game before going straight into a ranked game and getting flamed the entire time for feeding, I mean that's not fun for anyone. This would also get rid of all the people who would want to play ranked casually and don’t care for climbing, because by the time that they hit that higher level they would care for the game or just keep playing draft pick. Another thing that I discussed with my high ranked friend is the balancing issues. They find that the reason a lot of low level players can’t climb is because the game is balanced around pro and high elo levels. If the game was balanced around more low elo players it would allow for them to climb easier therefore making it easier for other players in other hardstuck elos to climb.
