@meddler, coin is unbalanced among support items at this point

It has become well known at this point that coin is the absolute best gold gen item without question even if champs with the other 2 play perfectly for their gold gen quest. But there is a large issue that even if riot nerfs the gold gen of coin to be in line with the other 2 coin will unbalance will swing from overtuned to undertuned because the stats that the coin line offers is well known to be the worse among the 3 support item options.

Coin is in a strong need to have it's stats retuned on top of the the need to tone down its gold gen. A good first start is to not make EotO not be a gimped version of EotE, but actually make it something unique.
