League is now way too much about who will pick better champion and get better composition. Dont u think so? Sometimes u just can't win lane or game. What the heck..

Literally could still enter a disadvantage and play the matchup safely and evenly while roaming when possible to help out other laners. So idk where this "league of picks" is coming from unless you refer to catching an enemy out of position.
If you're getting heavily pushed in due to your disadvantage then so be it, play safe wait for jungler's help to supress the enemy laner and shove the wave, then go back to base or both you and the jungler roam to another lane.
Honestly the issue is players don't know how to lane anymore, a few preseasons of broken changes/test and everyone thinks it's all about "lane this lane that, if I can't come out ahead I can't do anything, early game is the only thing that matters". Honestly the playerbase doesn't know how to play a moba anymore.

The game isn't braindead. If you know someone is picking a counter pick to your champion then ban them. If you think someone is better for composition then ban them. If there is someone that is broken ban them. I ban darius when I'm playing top lane because I know he will fck me up late game no matter what champion i play. If there is someone picks a broken champion just gank their lane successfully a few times, get your team fed (mid ganks bot, jg camps top, etc.), and win the game. Not all games end at 45 minutes. Create a lead, use it, and win. If you can't then you messed up somewhere. We can't win all games because of broken champions (cough cough graves) but sometimes we can.
Maybe if youre a pro.
Solo queue at every rank is a skill matchup in some way.
