Sion Mini Rework

Just been thinking about this for a while, and I believe it could be more healthy to give Sion a mini Rework to not only fit his thematic but to ease up on the problems he brings (E balancing, too much cc, played as a tank when hes a bruiser, his fucking title is the undead JUGGERNAUT, not up to date with the other champs)

Passive - Replace Death Surge with Glory! which would cause Sion to pick up and supress the target, dealing a flat amount of damage each second until Sion is either hit with Hard CC or dies from his passive bleed out. This would not only fit his thematic in which he chokes Jarvan I to death but it would be healthier in the sense that you actually have a chance to avenge yourself and be a lot more rewarding than just walking a little faster.

Passive - Remove the percent health on his autos in his passive, lower the attack speed, this man is bleeding out, he wouldn't get faster in any sort of form. Remove his reduced movement speed but give him a small burst (maybe like 30%) decaying speed buff upon entering his passive state

Passive - Add a new animation where sion snaps his axe in half instead of it just disintegrating, at the end of his animation an audible snap would be heard, this would telegraph when he is going to enter his zombie mode and better communicate the fact that he is still there. Make his death scream louder so people dont forget he is going to come back.

Q - Add a new mechanic called Deadzone, where his axe would strike down to hit the ground. If targets are in this area they get stunned and take 130% of his AD plus charge damage as true damage, enemies outside this area aren't knocked up or stunned anymore, but given a decaying 70% slow and take the charge damage with a 70% ad scaling ratio.

Q - Increase the swipe damage, if they were to be hit by the axe.

W - Make the shield detonate if it is popped but it does 50% reduced damage

W - Better AP scaling

E- Entirely new ability, Sion hits them with the end of his axe handle in the gut, silencing them for .5 seconds and knocking the target back, but heres the kicker, the distance they are knocked back is determined by the max health of the target, so minions would go flying just like his e (and it would make more sense if he hit them than just screamed at them) but if used on a champion they would just be pushed back slightly because they would be heavier (this is true because tanks have a tendancy to either be big or buy big items) This would give sion a way better dueling power that fits his thematic as a bruiser, plus it would again make more sense than just screaming at them.

E - New e would be a short ranged skillshot in a line, and if it connects only then would the effect take place (think of a really short xin poke) This would maintain that there is still at least some level of skill on him.

R - Add an indicator to his ult for the leap part so people actually can hop small walls.

R - Change the scaling to hp and ap so he has more of a reason to go either ap or ad, without punishing those who still want to go flat tank. Plus this man is on fire and causes an explosion when he tackles them, and you mean to tell me that aint magic?

Overall sion's kit would then be perfectly split for an ap or ad bruiser build that works both ways, one giving him more aoe teamfight potential and the other giving him better dueling and hard carry potential.
