What's the counterplay to Lulu top/support + Yi jungle/top strat again?

Cuz a bunch of D3's just got stomped by it.

I'm assuming it's either "ban them" or "draft a CC comp". Well good luck with that in solo Q for one. For two, how the hell are we supposed to know they're even gonna do that if they pick last?
