Real problem with the system

You may wonder why i would even post this in this thread? Well the answer is simple . The system punished me , for other's toxicity

Is a taboo that if a game is lost BLAME the jungler ,isn't it? After almost 2 years (with no restriction at all - ban , low q , chat ban) of playing this game and spending money and time on it , this is what i got . An automatic ban from people who reported me for being "toxic" . To make this story short the games i won i got honored and fancy stuff like that , and when my team is intentionally feeding and really being TOXIC , i am the one that gets reported .

This system has really big issues and the balance is worst ! I sent many tickets , but i got the simple answer -> If people report you , you are toxic . What happened a few days ago , has a simple story . Mid afk for a pretty long time , support with no wards (blaming me of course) adc solo all the time , top extreme verbal abuse , and i am suppose to keep my cool (which i did ) . I tried to carry , focusing on objectives .I tried to explain that to the support team and the answer is that I am toxic and my team lost because of me this is why they reported me.

Gameplay ruined , for me at least . Because the real trolls are now fine . What i WANT to highlight is that some players , and maybe i am not the only one got banned because a toxic team who trolled .

Thank you for reading ^^ . I won't get my account unbanned , because no none from Riot Support would understand , but maybe players would !
