There should be a fast and convenient way to check current PING in client

And if your ping is above 150, it should issue a warning that performance may be hard in a ranked environment with that ping, and if it's above 300, you should be BARRED from entering a ranked game.

It's not fun to have your game completely fucking ruined because your bot laner showcases to us that his ping is in fact 500 or some shit and that "he would totally be playing better if he wasn't lagging so hard man"
