I don't mind people playing Warwick in ranked but...

I don't want you playing him if you don't know the basics of jungling, pathing, and farming.

It's either you're a decent jungle main or I'll ban him. Simply because he's very easy to learn, but the player's actions determine how he performs as a jungler.
