Buff ADC's in TT?

Been thinking about this ever since the Van Damm's changes, and ad's really need some buffs on TT. It's a net bonus on things like GP, or Varus, who autoattack very rarely, but the new item scales really badly with all the things ADC's build: attack speed. armour pen and crit. It only scales of AD. so ehh... prolly need some changes.
