what is so hard in creating a sandbox /instant lvl full gold custom game?can see bugs way faster

can test items/combos/dps w/e faster than farming a bot game can see new bugs and report

test if rengar trinity bug is still there for example ,not waste 25 min botgame

a dummy ,a lane ,minions ,walking enemy champion ,simple as that

set level option set lane /champion etc.
