Nerf this, fix that, buff him

I wonder if Riot notices how every single champ in this game has gotten a "THIS CHAMPION NEEDS NERFED" Thread by players who simply suck with that champion or don't know how to build/play against them. Then later they get good with them or learn to counter player them and make a Thread about how that said Champ is how some how under powered and was over nerfed and now needs to buff him.
