Did everyone all 12 watch and earn quests?

I've watched everything I've gotten the chance to, but I've only seen 9 quests appear. I want to get the icon for completing all 12 quests, but I guess I missed a few? Nothing new is showing up past the 9th quest though.

Edit: It seems I missed #2 #4 , but is there any way to make up the ones I missed?

I cant even get the quests to work at all haha.

No. They are too boring to watch. But you don't have to watch them to complete the missions.

The first time they offered the rewards for watching VOD's i participated. This last time around I did not watch a single one.
