Can we have a reduced LP loss or gain if there is an AFK?

I'm not saying remove it entirely but maybe half it because it is near impossible to win with 1 less player. It is fairly simple to win 5 v 4 as well so it is not an earned victory. Also, since wave control becomes a permanent chore unless you devote multiple people to get a or a , it becomes very hard to split push and regain control of lost ground.
