How do I get the game to not match me with trolls/afkers/rage quitters anymore? Its like 50% of my games are ruined because some narcissist thinks the game revolves around him and ruins it for other people by leaving after feeding his lane.

FYI; league of legends of today you literally can't talk to your team without them reporting you and trolling. <_<
