rengar should not be feast or famine based on how many kills he racks up. there are other ways to win a game, and locking champion power behind kills/performance is just dumb.

thematically or not, KDA shouldn't be a thing for any champion.

let me put it this way, either he gets a lot of kills, now you have an even stronger base assassin with items, vs he doesn't get a lot of kills, now hes a below average assassin without items. double whammy, hes either double positive or double negative. that leaves him in a snowball or die mentality.
