why i cannot use ryze to kill adc???????????????

He's not. I just won a game with Ryze in which I got so fed that I started winning 1v3 fights. It's pretty simple. Just practice farming with him, play safe, and do your best to last hit. Stack rods of ages and get an archangel's staff, and your damage will steadily go up until you can fight your lane opponent, win, and then proceed to gank lanes and kill everyone else with your team. Just remember that it's going to take a while to reach that power level. Be patient and be safe until you get there.
Or you suck in playing him.
