The Crimson Reaper Passive

So recently I was looking for a new mid and top laning champ and stumbled across Vlad, I like him, good poke and very good team fight. But until I bought him, I wasn't aware of what his passive was and now I know, I like it but could it use some updating so it doesn't copy Ryze? I think it could. So how about this: When Vladimir kills or gets an assist, the champion bleeds when they die (similar to the way that Vlad does when he dies). The animation for their death leaves behind a pool of blood which Vlad has to pick up (or absorb) in X amount of seconds, this will grant him X amount of permanent AP and health - like his current passive does when he builds AP or health. Obviously however Vlad's ulti can become very strong so the passive should have a cool down that allows the ability to be strong but not OP - maybe somewhere between 1.5-2 mins?? Please leave a comment with your thoughts and I hope the idea is considered Makhlas

They're nothing alike.

With Vlad, Ability Power makes him more durable.

With Ryze, Ability Power makes him better at dealing sustained damage.

Also, Vlad's scaling works both ways, while Ryze's does not.

It's not really a copy of Ryze passive at all though.
