Trackers knife upgrade

Today i was playing some and i noticed that when u buy a or the amount of wards on your goes up to the same amount as the Sightstone or Ruby Crystal. So i was wondering if there is a possibility to combine the 2 items same idea as the support item:

It would be a real help for junglers to provide more vision for the team and keep them from either being ganked or give them a better gank and keeping a eye on the enemy jungler so you can counter jungle or prepare for a counter jungle.

If this improvement is made i do think that the jungle role becomes much more interesting to play and watch.

Let me what all of you who read this think of this idea.
